Jasmine Reimer is a visual artist who lives and works in Vancouver, BC. She makes sculpture using the body as a navigational device to investigate subjects such as desire, control and habit. Recent solo exhibitions include Slump at 304 Days Gallery in Vancouver, BC and 1000 lbs. 3 Days at The Kelowna Art Gallery in Kelowna, BC. In the fall of 2011 she attended The Art Student’s League of New York Artist Residency where she is next participating in a group exhibition. Jasmine studied Theatre Production at Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton, Alberta, Fine Art at Langara College and completed her BFA at Emily Carr University of Art + Design in 2009.
