Pierre Coupey

Pierre Coupey was the founding editor of The Capilano Review and taught at Cap for over 40 years. His work as a painter and printmaker has been exhibited in over 65 solo and group shows nationally and internationally. Pierre's work is in over 45 public and corporate collections, including those of the Burnaby Art Gallery, the Canada Council Art Bank, the Kamloops Art Gallery, the Kelowna Art Gallery, and the Vancouver Art Gallery. He is preparing for three solo shows in Spring 2013: Field Work at Gallery Jones in Vancouver and Cutting Out the Tongue: Selected Work 1976-2012, a two part survey show at the West Vancouver Museum and the Art Gallery at the Evergreen Cultural Centre in Coquitlam.
